
Refund and Returns Policy for TrendxNest

Thank you for shopping at TrendxNest. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to assist you with our Refund and Returns process.
1. Returns
We accept returns for items purchased on https://trendxnest.com/ under the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with the original packaging, tags, and labels still intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for used or damaged camping gear unless the product is defective.
2. Refunds
If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund or return, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all tags and documentation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item for a full refund or replacement.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.
