At TrendxNest, we are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and other relevant information.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to locations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and up to date to avoid any delays.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping options for your convenience. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
- Shipping method selected (Standard, Expedited, etc.)
- Delivery address
- Order weight and size
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days from the shipping date.
Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days from the shipping date.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the shipment was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
4. Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary based on the shipping method you select and the destination address.
- Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
- Once the package is shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. TrendxNest is not liable for any delays or damages that occur during transit.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
If you have not received your tracking number, please check your spam folder, or contact us at info@trendxnest.com for assistance.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- If there are any restrictions or issues with your shipping address, we will notify you promptly and work with you to resolve the matter.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the delivery.
- We will investigate the issue and either replace the damaged item or provide a refund, based on the situation.
8. Shipping Charges for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for items they wish to return, unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error in processing the order.
- In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a return label at no additional charge.
9. Order Modifications
If you need to modify your shipping address or any other details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate changes if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.

While we strive to ship all orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- Holidays
